Active Torque Control AWD System heightens off-road capability by automatically delivering torque to the wheel that needs it the most for optimum traction. Take what you tow on your next adventure with available trailering capability made possible by Acadia's 2.0L 4-Cylinder Turbo Engine and 3.6L V6 Engine. When activated, Hill Descent Control uses antilock braking to help provide a smooth and controlled descent in rough terrain. Hill Start Assist helps hold the brakes under certain conditions while the driver shifts his or her foot from the brake pedal to the accelerator, helping prevent movement during the transition.
